 Service Rates

• Labour is billed at $75.00 per hour.

• A minimum one (1) hour service charge applies to all service calls.

• Travel time may be billed in addition to labour time depending on your location and total travel required. ( Local to Wainfleet ) 

• Customers are responsible for the cost of all replacement parts, fluids, and consumable materials required to complete the repair.

• Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding whenever possible.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior account arrangements have been made.

Service Information

Our mobile service is available for on-site repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and preventative servicing of equipment whenever practical. If a repair cannot be safely or effectively completed in the field, recommendations will be provided for the next steps.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide efficient service, customers are asked to:

• Ensure the equipment is accessible and in a safe working area.

• Advise us of any known issues before arrival.

• Provide a safe work environment and keep bystanders clear while repairs are being performed.

• Arrange for any required equipment cleaning if excessive dirt or debris prevents safe servicing.​
