First-Generation Farmers
Welcome to our family farm
Ties, originally from the Netherlands, brings years of expertise in pork production. Alongside his work as a heavy diesel mechanic and agricultural contractor, Ties plays a vital role in ensuring our farm operates smoothly and efficiently.
Jessica, a graphic designer and horticulturalist, is deeply dedicated to her community, actively supporting her local agriculture society and 4-H clubs. Her passion for fostering agricultural growth and education helps shape the core values of our farm.
Together, we are committed to the ethical treatment of our livestock and hold quality and care at the forefront of everything we do. From raising healthy animals to building a sustainable future, we’re proud to serve our family, our community, and our customers.
Associations & Memberships
Maple and Marsh is a member of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA), an organization that represents and supports Ontario farmers and rural communities. Being part of the OFA helps us stay connected to industry best practices, agricultural advocacy, and the evolving needs of local farming in Ontario.
We work alongside Ontario Pork to support a strong, sustainable, and responsible pork industry in Ontario. Ontario Pork helps ensure that the products we raise and provide to our customers reflect high standards of quality, transparency, and care.
